Impact Healthcare supported an international company specializing mainly in health and mobility and very present in Africa and the DROM-COM, to structure an approach and an investment vehicle in the field of digital health.
The objective is to set up a methodology in order to structure a deal flow corresponding to the profiles of targeted startups / projects, to set up internally a validation and decision-making circuit for the investments proposed as well as the necessary formalization tools, and finally, to determine the degree of long-term support for the startups / projects selected.
The operational result of this very motivating and promising initiative is the creation of this investment vehicle and the start of spotting innovative startups after 5 months of work.

The incubator’s first promotion is composed of 6 start-ups. Each of them benefited from a strategic diagnosis made by Impact Healthcare aimed at securing their future development. In 2020, Impact Healthcare has been chosen by the Foundation for Influenza Epidemiology to ensure the coordination of the Global Influenza Hospital Surveillance Network (GIHSN) a global hospital surveillance network of 20 investigating sites and 100 hospitals around the world. This includes organizing the proper implementation of the protocol by all sites, ensuring data collection and the design of a data warehouse for epidemiological and virological data from respiratory viruses.

The CCMSA (Central Fund of Agricultural Social Mutuality), social security of the agricultural world, has chosen Impact Healthcare for the design and content development of a health and social service portal, together with Worldline for the technological part.

CCMSA is launching an experiment in the Centre Val de Loire region, a digital health/social services platform for its affiliates. The goal is to build a free and personalized portal in line with the needs of each affiliate to make it easier for them to connect with services that are best suited to their situation.
